Although it didn't feel like it at the time, an unexpected upside of 2008's Credit Crunch was Tracie's redundancy. Freed from the confines of a desk job, and finally able to fully immerse herself in the world of food and wine, she turned a semi-professional sideline into a career.

Her precisely-honed palate contributes immensely to the choice of Iubentium’s partners. When not tasting, she spends the rest of her time in charge of Iubentium's event organisation, marketing and general administration.
